Our loads are working satisfactorily in diverse industries like Defence, Transportation, Cement plant, Battery Industries, Nuclear Power Plants, etc. We have designed and manufactured Resistor Loads upto 3MW in a single enclosure. SPECIFICATIONS : Voltage : 500 KW 3 PHASE, 415 VAC STAR CONNECTED Power : 415Vac, ± 5% Freq : 50Hz, 3 Phase Voltage rating : 239.6V per phase (415V Line to Line) Current rating : 696A per phase Resistance material : Fe : Cr : Al Cooling method : Forced air cooled Rating : Continuous Indication Lamps : Indication lamps shall be clustered LED type (Power ON / Load Bank ON) Meters : AC Voltmeter with selector switch, Three AC Ammeters with separate CT’s (Separate Ammeter for each phase), KW meter Panel construction : Free standing floor mounting type, sheet steel construction with 1.6 / 2.0 mm thickness. Paint shade shall be smoke gray, shade no. 692 of IS:5, powder coated. Panel shall have suitable louvers for ventilation. Ingress protection shall be IP-20 class. Panel shall be forced air cooled.
